Adjona Technology Limited ("Adjona Technology", "we", "us", "our") is a Microsoft Partner consultancy registered in England and Wales (Company No. 05007410), specialising in cloud security, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions for charities and SMEs.

We are the data controller for personal information collected through our website at adjona.com and in connection with our services.

Responding to enquiries. When you contact us via our website, WhatsApp, or email, we use your information to respond to your query and arrange calls or meetings.

Delivering our services. Where you engage us as a client, we process your information to deliver security consultancy, Microsoft 365 configuration, and related services.

Marketing communications. With your consent, we may send you relevant updates about our services or Microsoft security developments. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Improving our website. We use anonymised analytics data to understand how visitors use our site and improve its content.

Legal and compliance obligations. We may process data where required by law, including keeping financial and business records.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

Microsoft. As a Microsoft Partner, some of our services involve Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms. Data processed within those platforms is subject to Microsoft's privacy commitments and your organisation's Microsoft agreements.

Formspree. Our contact form uses Formspree to route submissions to us. Formspree processes form data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy.

Service providers. We use trusted third-party tools to run our business, including email and scheduling platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf.

Legal requirements. We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
